Education is our absolute number one priority. Each of our staff is a trained professional and we all continue to keep up with the latest treatments and trends. We do our best to provide our clients, especially first time buyers, with a good foundation for success.
West Ranch has been called 'alpaca heaven' for good reason. When choosing a ranch to agist your animals look no further. Over 40 oak studded acres and a knowledgeable staff with over 40 years combined experience. Our Vet., Dr. David Jensen has been working with llamas and alpacas for over 20 years. West Ranch has become "The West Coast Stud Facility". You can bet we always have several males to choose from, our own spectacular males and visiting stars. We welcome your entire herd for Boarding or just your female for Breeding.
El Ranchito at West Ranch invites you to attend our Right Start Workshops each spring. In addition each fall, for the 10th year, we present Marty McGee Bennett and her TTEAM Training Seminar. These fun-filled weekends feature a variety of topics that we feel have contributed to our 20 years of success and are presented by industry experts.

El Ranchito is conveniently located at West Ranch, part of the spectacular Firestone Vineyard and Winery. We are just over two hours north of Los Angeles in the midst of the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. El Ranchito is located at West Ranch and is surrounded by other outstanding wineries and numerous sightseeing and recreational activities.
