Farm Mission Statement:

Hidden Hill Farm Alpacas

Hidden Hill Farm Alpacas is a premier breeder in New England, committed to providing seed stock for the North American alpaca herd with a special emphasis on Accoyo and Alianza heritage.   We are a "breeder's breeder." Both our huacaya and suri programs are geared toward producing elite alpacas of enduring quality that will afford the new breeder with superior foundation stock or the experienced breeder with the upgrade animals necessary to take them to the next level in their breeding program.

Farm Description:

Located in the beautiful Monadnock region of southern New Hampshire, Hidden Hill Farm is a classic picture postcard New England farm embracing 126 acres of rolling pasture and woodlands. Our alpaca herd numbers slightly over one hundred alpacas, with suris comprising nearly 30% of the total.

We feature Accoyo and Alianza genetics and, of course, the Accoyo/Alianza cross in both our huacaya and suri alpaca breeding programs.  Our dams' structural correctness and fiber qualities are as important as the boys that compose our "stud row," which features five Studmaster (TM) Males as well as twenty-five other top-quality stud males drawn from the finest genetics available. Our huacaya program is focused on breeding for finest quality white and light animals owing to the milling properties of the lighter fiber. Our suri program is highly targeted toward the production of the rarest colored -- silver gray, rose gray and black -- and colored and fancy full Accoyos.

Hidden Hill Farm Alpacas is also home to The Artful Alpaca, a gallery space devoted to showcasing artists inspired to depict the alpaca in their respective media.

Farm Directions:

Hidden Hill Farm Alpacas is convenient to the Boston area via Interstates 93 and 89 -- we are about thirty-five minutes off I-89. Take Exit 5 off I-89 to Route 9. Take the exit for US202/SR149/Antrim/Peterborough. At the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp, go straight onto US 202 headed west/south for approximately 5 miles. Make a right onto GOODELL ROAD, the next right onto MATTHESON ROAD. Mattheson dead ends at Hidden Hill Farm Alpacas.
