Farm Mission Statement:

Alpacas at the Well

We strive to criate the most genetically and phenotypically correct alpacas possible.  We have brought together a herdsire team made up of sons of the most respected males of all time, including  our Studmaster Hemingway son Haldane, our Full Accoyo Caligula and Vengador sons, our 1/2 Accoyo Camilio son, our award winning Dom Lucilio son, and our true black Drake son (Danko grandson).  We believe high quality genetic diversity is critically important to any breeding program.

Farm Description:

We received our first wonderful alpacas at "The Well" October 2005, but we started our research about one and a half years prior to that date.   Since their arrival, it has been a whirlwind of excitement and fun.  We absolutely love our alpacas and all the people we have been meeting.

Our farm is a five acre ranch in Lacey, near the captiol of Olympia, Washington with just about every color alpaca (except greys) we could find.  Our herd is growing rapidly, and our business plan is well on it's way to success.  In our first 2 years, we've been blessed with over 100 animals, most of which have sold (our current herd numbers 40). We'd love to share our story with you, and assist you in achieving your dreams also.

A simple business really.  Good quality females bred to the highest quality males. We are strong believers in the concepts of the Ideal Alpaca Community and the Studmaster program.

Farm Directions:

Take I-5 to Exit #114, Marvin Road/Yelm.  Travel East 4.1 miles to Mullen Road.  Turn left for .1 miles to Pheasant Lane s.e.  Turn right.  We are located at the end of the gravel road on the right.

Please call before visiting the ranch, as we do not live on the property.
